Background
Maeve were tasked with the complete refurbishment of the reception area, all WCs, the modernisation of lift lobbies, lift alterations, and a CAT A fit out to Block A following the end of a tenancy, including an upgrade to the HVAC systems.
Solutions
The works were delivered in a live, partially occupied building, requiring careful phasing and close coordination with existing tenants. Alternative access and egress routes were designed and implemented to maintain safe circulation and continuous access to facilities, while minimising disruption to day to day operations.
Results
The completed scheme provided a modern, high quality front of house environment and greatly improved common areas, which were very well received by both the client and occupiers. The project was delivered on time, and the refurbished vacant areas were successfully re let shortly after completion, demonstrating the commercial value of the upgrade.
